I was incredibly pleased with the service I received; the two guys were both friendly and professional. As promised, they called me at 10.45am to say they were on their way and arrived right at 11am. The move went smoothly and was completed quicker than I had expected. I had thought that one of the bookcase shelves had been left in the truck, but when I contacted HomeMove they informed me that it was common for it to be left at the bottom of the bookcase. Sure enough, when I got home it was there. What really impressed me was the integrity of the staff - one of the men had overcharged us by half an hour, but the following Monday I was contacted and the money was refunded to my credit card.
